  • Please allow 1-3 Business Days to process and ship orders, however we do our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days.

All shipped orders will be confirmed via an email which includes a tracking number.

PLEASE confirm your mailing address before submitting your order.  Our system automatically provides a shipping label directly from your order.  You will be charged a shipping charge to resend if the item is non-deliverable and returned to us.  

We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. If your package is lost while in transit, you must contact your local USPS and provide them with the tracking number given upon shipment.

We do not refund charges for upgraded shipping if USPS does not deliver on their guaranteed shipping times.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING typically will take a few additional days to process and ship.


Returns

Returns are eligible for online store credit only.  Items must be received by Salt + Soul no later than 21 days from the original purchase date on your receipt. Returns past the 21 day mark will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers' expense.  Return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip with your return!  Please return items back to us via USPS and be sure to get a tracking number.  Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled, ! PLEASE allow us 7 days to notify you of the status of your return, exchange, store credit after we have received it back.  If you are not notified by us within 7 days, please feel free to contact us via email at help.saltandsoul@gmail.com  and add either RETURN, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT in the subject line.  Please also include your order and tracking numbers.

What can be returned?

  • Items that are UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, in ORIGINAL CONDITION (Free of smoke, perfume, pet smells, etc.) and WITH ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

  • NON-SALE ITEMS (Sale Items are Final Sale.  This does not include items purchased with Discount Codes that we provide you or you receive from one of our Soul Sister Ambassadors, discount codes are not considered SALE ITEMS. 

  • Shoes that show ZERO signs of wear and in the original packaging that is in good, non-damaged condition.

What cannot be returned?

  • Accessories including but not limited to Jewelry, Hats, Purses, Bralettes, Bandos, All undergarments, Bathing Suits, Non-clothing items.                

  • Items purchased using store credit, items that are considered an exchange from a previous purchase. 

EXCHANGES:

Our Inventory is constantly changing, so exchanges are not guaranteed, but can be requested on the packing slip. We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be issued! A flat rate of $4.00 for restocking and handling fees will be charged, however you will not be charged additional for shipping the replacement item to you. We will contact you via the phone number you provided us at the time your order was placed to verify your credit card number.

HOW IS STORE CREDIT ISSUED?

Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card.  Credit expires after 60 days.

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs to return item back to you.

Please fold your items neatly and wrap your items in tissue paper or some sort of package to protect the clothing from damage during shipping.
